Warranty Policy

APEX warrants its products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 3years from the date of original purchase. Applicable to the original purchaser only, non-transferable, proof of purchase is required. Please make sure the warranty does not expire before submitting your claim.

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

1. 1.Damage caused by accident, crash, large impact, abuse, neglect.

2. 2.Modified, misplaced, misused, and melted.

3. 3.Installation does not comply with the manufacturer's instructions or recommendations, with uninflated or punched tires.

4. 4.The product has been improperly maintained, adjusted, tensioned or repaired.

5. 5.Normal wear and tear.

6. 6.Cosmetic issues such as decals, clear coat, and anodizing scratches.

7. 7.Damage or deterioration of the surface finish or appearance which has no effect on the function.

8. 8.The original serial number has been intentionally removed or damaged.

9. 9.Damage caused by natural disasters.

10.10.Customs duties VAT, shipping charges or other service fees.

11.11.Exceeding maximum inflation pressure, exceeding maximum spoke tension.

12.12.APEX is not responsible for any injury or liability resulting from the use of rims sold by APEX.
